Beauty Test Run: Sephora Advanced Lash Booster Review

I am always on the look out for the best mascara on the market. It seems like I am constantly changing mascaras. It feels like I am always spending my hard earned cash on trying to find the best mascara that will make my eyelash super long, thick, and basically show stoppers. I don’t think I’m the only girl constantly on the look out for a “miracle” mascara.

Sephora Advanced Lash Booster

I decided to give Sephora Advanced Lash Booster a test drive and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. This mascara made my lashes long and did an amazing job at separating them. Sephora Advanced Lash Booster is  “scientifically proven to enhance four lash characteristics: length, thickness, fullness, and strength” [Sephora.com]. I’m not sure about actually making my eyelashes grow, but it did do a beautiful job at making my lashes look dramatic and long. I picked up the black and I have to say it was definitely black. One of the best parts of this mascara is that it does not flake or smudge. I hate it when my mascara begins to run down my eyes throughout the day and it begins to make me look like I got punched in the eye ball.

Should You Buy Sephora Advanced Lash Booster?

Since the mascara is not water-proof it is not difficult to wash off, which means less lashes falling out. Non waterproof mascara works better during the work week since it will not hold the curl like a waterproof one. So I would suggest buying this mascara as a work week mascara and saving your more expensive waterproof one for the weekends or for a special night out on the town. I do believe that Sephora Advanced Lash Booster is worth the $12 and would absolutely buy it again.
